Mathematical models of statical and dynamical problems of three-layer plates are considered. In the first section of paper the known mathematical models of three-layer plate bend and vibration are given. In the second one the idea of proposed problem-solving procedure and structure of developed software system are shortly stated. Finally, the third section is devoted to description of algorithmic banks' structure for the considering problems.
