Criteria condition for generalized diagonally dominant matrices (Q2744469)

This paper gives sufficient conditions that a matrix \(A\) is generalized diagonally dominant. This is defined in terms of the existence of a positive diagonal matrix \(D\) for which \(AD\) is \(\alpha\)-diagonally dominant.
