This paper considers the Lur'e problem for a distributed parameter system whose free evolution generates an exponentially stable holomorphic semigroup on a real Hilbert space. It is assumed that the input and output spaces are finite-dimensional. The author gives a sufficient condition under which the Lur'e problem can be solved.
