The author introduces two notions of time: a deterministic Newton ``time-stream'' \(t\) and a stochastic ``time-epoch'' \(\tau\) which has probability density \(f_\tau (t)\). He proves the following indeterminacy relation: \(\Delta \tau \Delta D \geq c_0\), where \(D(t)=-c_0 d(\ln f_\tau (t))/dt\) and \(c_0\) is a constant.
