This is a sequel to the first author's survey article [Int. J. Math. math. Sci. 14, 1-16 (1991; Zbl 0716.47030)]. The authors review the literature that has appeared since 1990 on iteration processes for finding fixed points of maps in Banach spaces. The authors deal with various classes of contractive maps, accretive maps, monotone maps, nonexpansive maps, and multivalued maps.
