This paper deals with the optimal feedback control problem governed by the Keller-Segel partial differential equations. In a previous paper the authors have proved existence of the optimal controls and have studied the first-order necessary condition for optimality.NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINENow they prove that the optimal controls satisfy the feedback law expressed by the value function that is solution of the Hamilton-Jacobi equation in a weak sense.
