On a differential manifold \(M\), a 2-form \(\Omega\) is said to be semiclosed with respect to a 1-form \(\omega\), if \(a\Omega+\omega \wedge \Omega=0\). \textit{F. Fujiwara}, \textit{T. Sakurai} and \textit{F. Mimura} [Tensor, New Ser. 60, 195-201 (1998)] established a complete class of nonsingular 2-forms on a four-dimensional differentiable manifold, in which a subclass of nonsemiclosed 2-forms appeared. The paper under review is devoted to finding the Jacobi structure associated with the 2-forms in this subclass.
