Following a method due to \textit{A. Bhattacharjie} and \textit{E. C. G. Sudarshan} [Nuovo Cimento (10) 25, 864-879 (1962; Zbl 0126.44808)], the author derives solvable potential for the Schrödinger equation for the \(s\)-wave by making use of second-order quadratic transform form of hypergeometric differential equation.
