Consider robust \(H_\infty\) control for time delay systems subject to nonlinear uncertainty in both the state and control. From the type of the nonlinear uncertainty set, we propose an approach for designing a state feedback control law which will stabilize the time delay system and guarantee a prespecified \(H_\infty\) disturbance attenuation constraint for all admissible uncertainty.
