This paper is a continuation of [\textit{G. Zhang} and \textit{Y.-H. Wu}, J. Fuzzy Math. 9, No. 1, 233-243 (2001; preceeding review)]. Here the authors give some elementary properties of functions which are limits of sequences of simple functions.
