Localisation homotopique et tour de Taylor pour une catégorie abélienne (Q2750944)

The concepts of localization and colocalization in an abelian category have been introduced by \textit{P. Gabriel} [Bull. Soc. Math. Fr. 90, 323-448 (1962; Zbl 0201.35602)]. In the paper under review, the author shows how a colocalizing subcategory of an abelian category induces a localization in the derived category. This allows a new construction of the Taylor tower associated to a functor with values in a category of modules.
