A rotated multiplier applied to the controllability of waves, elasticity, and tangential Stokes control (English)
0 references
This paper is concerned with a new family of multipliers with rotated direction. This is used to investigate controllability of waves, elasticity and Stokes equations. For partially controlled Petrovskij systems, the technique proves to be useful in finding results of approximate controllability.
