It is suggested to autobalance a rotor by two pendulums mutually perpendicular to each other. Equations of motion of the system of pendulums are obtained using the theorem of motion of the system mass-center and the theorem of conservation of momentum. The resulting system consists of four nonlinear ordinary differential equations with seven parameters. The sufficient conditions for asymptotic stability of the system are found and plotted.
