Non-stationary temperature fields in a cylindrical-elliptic space, a half-space and a layer made of two materials (English)

Problems of heat conduction for a space, a half-space and a layer with interface between two different materials having the shape of an elliptic cylinder are considered. Conditions of non-ideal thermal contact at the interface are assumed. For separation of the \(z\) variable, Fourier transform is used in space and half-space, and a finite Fourier transform is used for the layer. In the plane perpendicular to the \(z\) axis, an integral transform containing non-periodic and periodic Matthew functions is applied. Explicit solutions in integral form are obtained.
