Approximate solution of singular integral equations with complex conjugate values of unknown function (English)
0 references
Integral equations containing both the Cauchy principal value integral and its complex conjugate are considered. First, this equation is reduced to the equation without complex conjugate. Then an approximate solution of a singular integral equation is constructed using the collocation method and the method of quadratures. The suggested technique is applicable for integral equations on any closed Lyapunov contour. Estimates of the speed of convergence to the exact solution are obtained.
