Nondegenerate symmetrical structures in the \(k\)-osculator bundle (English)

The authors consider the \(k\)-osculator bundle \(E\) of a manifold \(M\) together with a metric structure on \(E\) and a nonlinear connection \(N\) on \(E\). They introduce the concept of a general metric \(N\)-linear connection and determine all general metric \(N\)-linear connections that preserve the nonlinear connection \(N\).
