Dependence of physical and mechanical characteristics of elements of coating on temperature in tribotechnology (English)
0 references
Experimental samples made of elastomers were loaded with prescribed velocity up to fracture. Diagrams load-deformation under tension and compression at different levels of temperature were recorded. Using these diagrams, moduli of elasticity, the proportionality limit, breaking loads and other characteristics were determined. Values of the Poisson ratio for each sample were calculated. Analysis of results displays significant dependence of the Young module on temperature.
