The author has established a result for \(|\overline N,p_n|_k\), \(k \geq 1\), summability replacing the concept ``almost increasing sequences'' considered by \textit{H. Bor} [Int. J. Math. Math. Sci. 23, No. 12, 859-863 (2000; Zbl 0959.40002)], by the class of quasi \(\beta\)-power increasing sequences, which is a wider class of sequences.
