Circulant matrices (English)

Some well-known algebraic and spectral properties of circulant matrices are studied. Then, some of those properties are studied for block circulant matrices, that is, circulant matrices whose basic elements are matrices of order \(n\). In addition, the author considers a block matrix whose blocks are circulant. Then, for this kind of block matrices some properties are studied. Finally, the block circulant matrices whose blocks are also circulant are considered.
