The author studies the local integrability problem for a special class of complex vector fields \(X\) in \(\mathbb{R} ^2\). Two necessary conditions are presented for the existence of the solution \(u\) to the equation \(Xu=0\) near the origin, which satisfies \(du\neq 0\) or \(du\not\equiv 0\) near the origin. The results are expressed by making use of an estimate. The paper is clearly written.
