Half-space overlayed by a layer from different material is considered. Contact is ideal, the surface of layer is stress-free. In direction parallel to either \(r\) or \(z\) axis a unit force is applied. The force is distributed over a circle of radius \(\rho\) placed at the distance \(\zeta\) from the interface. Solution of the elastostatics problem is constructed using Hankel transform and is represented in the form of uniformly convergent series.
