Generalized singular solution of dynamical problem for Timoshenko shell (English)

Time-harmonic vibrations of rectilinear in plane shallow transversely isotropic, freely supported shell are considered. Shell deformation is described by Timoshenko equations. A concentrated force is applied at arbitrary point of the shell. Solution of equations of vibration is sought in the form of double series containing products of trigonometric functions satisfying homogeneous conditions of free support. The solution of the problem is represented by uniformly converging series.
