The author shows that Newton did not make use of absolute space or even so-called inertial frames in dealing with actual motions of actual bodies like satellites, planets and others in Book III of the \textit{Principia}. The conception of reality of force was essential for him, and that, in terms of modern theoreticians. For Newton the laws of motion were not universal statements that can be verified or falsified, but the scheme that enables us to construct the real picture of the worl.
