Using harmonic analysis on higher order Grassmannians, the author obtains explicit formulae that express the directional distribution of a stationary \(k\)-flat process in \(R^d\) if its rose of intersections with all \(r\)-flats is known. The author considers the cases \(k=d-1\), \(k\leq r\leq d-1\) for arbitrary \(d\) and \(d=4\), \(k=2\), \(r=2\). Possible generalizations for manifold processes are also discussed.
