This paper addresses the question about the existence of dynamical localization in autonomous Hamiltonian systems. The author only considers the case of bound systems for which the energy shell is a finite, compact \((2k-1)\)-dimensional set in \(2k\)-dimensional phase space. The author is interested in such bound systems, which besides \(t_1\) \((t_1\) may also be the period of the shortest periodic orbit in the system) possess another completely different time scale \(t_E\), \(t_E\gg t_1\), namely the ergodic time.NEWLINENEWLINEFor the entire collection see [Zbl 0972.00065].
