An algorithm for the generation of normalized cyclic graphs of prime order is presented. After a discussion of structural properties of cyclic graphs of prime order, the algorithm is used to construct ten specific cyclic graphs of prime order to obtain new and improved lower bounds of ten classical Ramsey numbers, including, for example, \(R(3,31)\), \(R(4,17)\), \(R(5,16)\).
