A uniform approach is proposed for constructing models for conjugation of various physical processes such as heat evolution in non-homogeneous media, interaction of filtration and channel flows of liquids, reciprocal flows in the boundary layer behind its separation point, and so on. Conjugation models obtained are endowed with examples of their realization. In particular, several existence and uniqueness theorems are proven for some linear and nonlinear problems.
