A study of stability of annulus orthotropic plates under a thermal force (English)

The stability problem for a plate is reduced to a problem on a conditional extremum for the Altufov--Balabukh functional. The latter problem is solved by Lagrange undetermined coefficients method. Stationary-state conditions are reduced to an eigenvalue problem with respect to the load parameter. Critical load parameters are found for compression and tension of the plate.
