Self-similar propagation regimes of a nonstationary high-temperature convective jet in the adiabatic atmosphere (English)
0 references
The authors propose an integrated model of nonstationary high-temperature convective jet that includes universal dependence of upper boundary of convective front on the power of a point heat source. Self-similar solutions are constructed for heat sources with power changing in time according to a power law and an exponential law. The results are compared with experimental velocity and temperature profiles on jet axis.
