The following problem is considered. An elastic circular hollow cone \(\,a<r<b\), \(\,\omega_0<\theta<\omega_1\), \(\,-\pi<\varphi<\pi\), truncated by two spherical surfaces \(\,r=a\,\) and \(\,r=b\), is subjected, along its surface \(\,r=b\), to the normal compressive load with intensity \(p(\theta)\). The other end of the cone \(\,(r=a)\,\) is unloaded. It is assumed that on the lateral cone surfaces \(\,\theta = \omega_0\,\) and \(\,\theta = \omega_1\,\) the conditions of sliding sealing are satisfied. The author constructs an explicit solution to the axisymmetric problem and considers a series of partial cases.
