The evolution of the motion of a viscoelastic sphere in the restricted circular three-body problem (English)
0 references
The paper deals with a restricted circular three-body problem. Two material points \(M_1\) and \(M_2\) with unit mass move in prescribed circular orbits in the same plane with a third body of small mass which is spherical, symmetric and deformable. The third body rotates around the normal to the plane of motion. The authors construct an approximate solutions of equations of motion and carry out their qualitative study.
