The construction of periodic orbits close to triangular libration points for the three-body problem in a resistive medium (English)
0 references
The authors study the three-body problem in a medium with small resistance. The conditions for loss of stability of triangular libration points are established by Poincaré technique, using as a small parameter the ratio of resistive force to the gravitation attraction force. The domains of stability of triangular libration points are shown graphically, and two Lyapunov families of periodic orbits are constructed.
