Lyapunov reducibility of a linear system, stabilization and control of the Izobov exponents (English)
0 references
The author considers the control problem and asymptotic properties (in particular, the Izobov exponents) of a system of differential equations linear with respect to the phase coordinates and controls (a bilinear system). It is shown that a certain class of systems allows the local Lyapunov reducibility to a system arbitrarily close to the original one by choosing an appropriate admissible control.
