This paper deals with the numerical solution of the system of differential equations NEWLINE\[NEWLINEdx/dr=(a-b/r)y,\qquad dy/dr=(a+b/r)x.NEWLINE\]NEWLINE It is known that \(\lim_{r\to+\infty} x(r)=0\), \(\lim_{r\to+\infty} y(r)=0\). The solution is searched for \(r\in (0,1)\). Using the Laplace transform and the method of successive approximations the author obtains the numerical solution of the considered system in the neighborhood of a singular point.
