A method of integral equations is developed for the study of evolution of free closed curve bounding a bubble. Initial conditions specify the initial curve and the initial constant pressure within the bubble. A complete system of constraints describing the evolution of the free curve is written. The velocity \(u\) and the pressure \(p\) satisfy Stokes equations out the curve. At each time step \(u\) and \(p\) are computed at the free curve, by solving an integral equation and by evaluating a principal value Cauchy integral.
