The direct CP-asymmetry in the inclusive \(B \rightarrow X_d \gamma\) and \(B \rightarrow X_d e^+e^-\) decays is thoroughly investigated within the two-Higgs doublet extension of the Standard Model (2HDM) using the lowest nonvanishing order of the perturbation theory with taking the existing restrictions on the 2HDM parameters into account. As a result, large deviations for the \(a_{\text{CP}} (B \rightarrow X_d \gamma)\) from that predicted by the Standard Model are possible within the 2HDM.
