Equilibrium in a discrete exchange economy with regional sub-economies (English)
0 references
An exchange economy having \(k\) distinguishable regional sub-economies is considered. In each sub-economy, there are \(n\) traders each one having one indivisible good and some amount of a perfectly divisible common good. The authors prove the existence of a set of equilibrium non-zero price systems (one for each sub-economy). For that purpose they use their own extension of the Browder fixed point theorem obtained by \textit{R. Bapat} [Math. Program. 44, 113-120 (1989; Zbl 0673.55004)].
