    Solvability of some Abel-type integral equations involving the Gauss hypergeometric function as kernels in the spaces of summable functions (English)

    The paper is devoted to the investigation of certain one- and multidimensional Abel-type integral equations with the Gauss hypergeometric function as their kernels in the space of summable functions. The solution, criterion and sufficient conditions for solvability of one-dimensional equations and of multidimensional equations over certain pyramidal domains are given. On the basis of these results, generalized pyramidal fractional integral and differential operators are introduced and their properties are investigated systematically.
