The author describes modules whose endomorphism rings are prime, by means of the structure of submodules inducing prime ideals of the endomorphism ring \(\text{End}_R(M)\) of a left \(R\)-module \(M\). Also the author studies modules with non-prime endomorphism rings and Zariski topologies for endomorphism rings.
