Remarks on the solutions of the integral equation of thin profiles (English)

The paper deals with an integral representation of the solution of a singular integral equation of Cauchy's type of the first kind. The improper integral from this equation is considered in the sense of Cauchy's principal value. The right hand side of the equation is a function belonging to a space generated by the space of real Hölder functions, possibly with weak singularities.NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINEThe representation of the general solution of the integral equation is given in terms of Cauchy's principal value of an improper integral on \([a,b]\). For validation of the integral representation, a numerical experiment is presented.
