In this paper Gaussian quadrature formula with multiple nodes is considered. Existence and uniqueness of such formula for periodic Extended Tchebysheff (ET) systems are proved. To do this the author uses the inductive method proposed in \textit{B. Bojanov, D. Braess, N. Dyn} [J. Approximation Theory 48, 335-353 (1986; Zbl 0607.41009)] and \textit{B. Bojanov} [East J. Approximation 3, No. 1, 71-88 (1997; Zbl 0893.41018)].
