This paper is concerned with the study of micropolar plates in the case of constrained rotations. The linear theory of homogeneous and isotropic bodies which are in equilibrium in the absence of body loads is considered. The author studies the equilibrium problem for a plate subjected to a normal loading which satisfies a certain equation. The solution of the problem is obtained by a semi-inverse method.
