By means of the kernel method, the author extends to spaces of generalized functions a variant of the Hankel integral transformation depending on three additional parameters which is related to that studied in [Part I, Indian J. Pure Appl. Math. 31, 197-206 (2000; Zbl 0962.46031)] by a Parseval equation of mixed type. Smoothness, boundedness, inversion and uniqueness results along with an operational calculus for a corresponding Bessel-type differential operator are obtained and applied to solve certain Cauchy problems.
