This paper discusses the positive solutions of general filtration equations with nonlinear sources and convection term: NEWLINE\[NEWLINEu_t - \Delta u^m +b^i (x,t,u) \nabla u= u^p, \quad x \in \mathbb R^N, \;t> 0, NEWLINE\]NEWLINE and shows the Hölder regularity of the interfaces for positive solutions of this equations with simple methods under weaker conditions.
