Several authors have asserted the uniqueness of the orthogonal array \(\text{OA}(12,11,2,2)\). Using only elementary properties of orthogonal arrays, it is shown in this note that the orthogonal array \(\text{OA}(12,11,2,2)\) is indeed unique.
