A goal of the article is to stimulate an expansion of possible applications the known from the number theory residue systems in a frame of computer technology. A method of the effective solution of the basic sign problem connected with the fulfillment of such nontrivial procedure as, for example, the comparison of numbers, the determination of sign in subtraction of numbers, the devision of arbitrary numbers, the division by modulus of the residue system and monitoring of the correctness of the operations results. This method is characterized by the high degree of parallelism of executing modular operations and it can be implemented in the framework of the residue system.
