On a type of tensor and its relativistic significance (English)

The authors consider the projective Ricci tensor \(P\), in an \(n\)-dimensional Riemannian space \(V^n\). They prove that \(P\) vanishes iff \(V^n\) is an Einstein space. Finally, the case of an electromagnetic field is studied.
