The author demonstrates a countable family of closed, connected, orientable Seifert 3-manifolds each of which is both a fiber bundle over a circle with fiber a surface, and a union of fiber bundles over a non-orientable surface with fiber an interval. He shows these are the only such closed, connected, orientable Seifert manifolds admitting such a structure.
