The authors prove two results on \(H\)-projectively flat nearly Kähler manifolds. (1) If the manifold is not Kähler, then the scalar curvature is constant and positive. (2) Any almost analytic vector field whose flow leaves the Ricci tensor invariant is an automorphism.
