After introducing and recalling some results of J. Dudek, a characterization of all classes of idempotent groupoids having no more than two essentially binary term operations with respect to small finite models is given (Theorem 2.1 and Theorem 2.2).NEWLINENEWLINENEWLINERemarks: The last sentence in Theorem 2.2, page 62, should be: ``The dual versions of (1)--(8) are also true'' instead of ``The dual versions of (1)--(9) are also true''. At the end of the proof of Theorem 2.2, page 67, lines 17 and 18, read (7) and (8) instead of (8) and (9), respectively.
